Join Nippers in 2025
Important information
A child must be at least 5 years of age before they can be registered for Nippers.
At least one parent or caregiver must join the Surf Club when registering children.
To participate in Nipper activities a child must complete the preliminary skills evaluation. This allows our Nipper team to determine the water safety requirements to keep your child safe when participating in water activities and also allows you to track their skill, confidence, and fitness progression each season.
To undertake any role that requires you to work directly with children, you may be required to apply for a free volunteer working with children’s check.
